Yes, the artworks on RIHL WORKS are limited edition. Each piece is produced in restricted quantities, with each edition numbered to reflect its place within the series.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may initiate a return within two (2) business days of receiving the artwork. To begin the process, email support@rihl.works with the subject line “Return Request.” Please include the following in your message:
1. Order number
2. Artist’s name
3.Artwork title
Our customer support team will respond within one (1) business day to guide you through the return process.
Please be aware that return shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. The original shipping cost is non-refundable. The artwork must be returned in the same condition as it was received. Any damages will be assessed and may be deducted from your refund, up to the full price if the artwork cannot be resold.
For international returns, import duties and VAT are not refundable.
Please note that requests for returns or reports of issues must be made within two business days of delivery. Requests made after this period cannot be accommodated.

Upon purchase, you will be presented with various shipping options based on your location.
Standard shipping costs are determined by the weight and dimensions of the artwork.
For US orders, shipping carriers include USPS, FedEx, UPS, and DHL.
For international orders, we offer shipping via UPS, with VAT, customs, and duties fees included in the price; there will be no separate billing for these costs.
All orders are dispatched within 5 business days from when the order is placed.
Upon artwork shipment, you will receive an email with a tracking number assigned by the shipping carrier.
Additionally, the tracking number will be visible in the order detail page of your account.
If you purchased an artwork using guest checkout, then you can create an account using the email used for guest checkout to view the tracking information for our order.
To change the shipping address for your order, please contact us at support@rihl.works within two (2) business days of placing your order. Ensure you send the message from the email address linked to your order and include:
1. Your order number.
2. The updated shipping address.
Should the change in address affect the shipping costs, we will either:
1. Send an invoice for any additional charges if the new shipping cost is higher, or
2. Issue a refund if the new shipping cost is lower.
For orders shipping within the US, we charge the applicable state sales taxes at checkout.
For orders shipping internationally, we ship Delivery Duties Paid (DDP); you will not be charged separately for import duties and other applicable taxes and fees.
We currently accept Credit / Debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB), Paypal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
